- All sales are conducted on an ex-colliery basis. The buyer is responsible for any additional loading and transportation costs. Buy Any Coal nor Loyalka Group does not handle logistics beyond the point of sale and is not liable for any associated costs or arrangements.
3. No Returns and No Refunds
- Final Sale Policy: Due to the custom and bulk nature of coal and coke orders, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds. Buyers are encouraged to verify all specifications before placing an order.
